History of Office Concepts, Inc.
Office Concepts, Inc. is an Indiana Corporation located at 8811 Baer Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809. Our phone number is 260-484-0451. Our fax number

Office Concepts, Inc.'s business philosophy, motto, and corporate jingle are very simple. "We do it all for you!" We feel that customer
service is of utmost importance to our success. It is the cornerstone of our business foundation. To us, service means, "Serving others as we ourselves
would want to be served!" This concept has enabled us to better understand our customer's expectations without compromise.
To offer this type of support, we rely heavily on our people: people that are dedicated and committed to the same principle of serving. We provide our
employees with effective technical tools and place a great deal of emphasis on "in-house and factory training." We couple this with a detailed
machine cleanliness standard designed to keep the system "like new" inside and out regardless of age, thus maximizing end user efficiency and
operational value.
Office Concepts, Inc. began operations in Fort Wayne in January 1963 and currently maintains a 25,000 square foot Technology and Solutions Center on Baer
Road. The facility's design showcases the unique hardware and software solutions we offer to our customers.
Today OCI employs approximately 40 people and provides office machines, supplies, and service to more than 3,500 customers in the northern half of Indiana
and adjacent counties in Ohio.
